Avoid absorbing information that does not benefit you and increases your worry and anxiety. Block, mute social media users who make you feel anxious. Practise Yoga-Yoga and meditation are known to have a positive impact on mental health in the pandemic. Practicing yoga brings a change in an individual’s life which in turn improves the physical and mental health of a person. Do activities like chanting ‘Om’.
